Early check-in is subject to availability and can only be guaranteed if accommodation is booked the night before at a contracted nightly rate.

Late Check Out
Late check-out is available, subject to availability, based on additional charges.
Between 11:00am and 3:00pm is at 50% of nightly rate.
Between 3:00pm and 6:00pm is at 75% of nightly rate.
After 6:00pm is at 100% of nightly rate.

Cancellation Policy: High Season

09 October to 12 October 2025

Bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.

Bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking value.

Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival (including no shows and early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.

All cancellations must be made in writing and must be acknowledged in writing by Rosie Holidays.

Amendments to dates of stay within 28 days prior to original booking arrival date will not incur a charge. 

Any booking that is amended which results in a reduction in booked revenue as a result of the change or any portion of the booking being cancelled is subject to the cancellation policy. Name changes are not permitted. A request to change names will be treated as a cancellation of the booking and incur the cancellation charges outlined above.
